With soaring ceilings and dramatic lines, our design team have balanced three individual brand guidelines within this premier new automotive dealership for Mount Barker Auto Group at Totness.

A dynamic and highly finished building, logistical requirements have been carefully considered with easy showroom access, ventilation for indoor vehicle usage, energy efficient lighting, and temperature control. Expansive use of glazing ensures a wealth of natural light shows off a polished interior that communicates quality and practicality.

From the beginning the design was considerate of economic building methods to ensuring an achievable construction budget was met. The dealership was also able to continue to operate through construction, limiting any loss of revenue.

Beyond Ink’s town planners achieved a complex council planning application for this challenging site, whist our construction managers coordinated the building process to ensure a successful completion.
