Sean is a planner with experience in complex residential and commercial developments including land divisions, and has been involved in planning matters before the Environment, Resources and Development Court. He has an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of developing land in the Adelaide Hills and Hills Face Zone.

Sean enjoys larger commercial projects and bespoke residential development. He is passionate about resolving potential issues in complex applications and achieving an outcome balanced between the needs of the client and the assessing authority.

Away from Beyond Ink, Sean is a keen guitarist and is slowly building on his collection of guitars.
